Job Description:
As a Roofing Field Canvasser, your primary responsibility is to generate leads and identify potential clients for our roofing services through direct engagement with homeowners and property managers. You will be the initial point of contact, generating the leads and handing them over to a company representative.
Hourly Pay: $15 with bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Canvassing: Engage in door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods and communities to introduce our roofing services to homeowners and property managers.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients and collect relevant contact information for follow-up by our sales team.
- Communication: Effectively communicate the benefits of our roofing products and services to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with homeowners and property managers to establish trust and credibility for our company.
- Promotional Material Distribution: Distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and promotional offers, to generate interest and awareness about our roofing services.
- Data Collection: Record accurate and detailed information about potential leads, including their needs, preferences, and contact details, in our CRM system.
- Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial roofs, including shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing systems.
- Document: Identify and document any damage, leaks, or structural issues using industry-standard inspection techniques. Take photographs and compile detailed reports outlining findings and recommended actions.
- Educate: Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and provide recommendations for maintenance or repairs as well as what to expect throughout the insurance process.
- Follow-Up: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with leads and facilitate the conversion of leads into customers.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding the effectiveness of canvassing strategies and customer responses.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding ethical conduct, customer interactions, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
